1. COLLABORATION
We believe each retailer, store owner, buyer, and fit specialist has unique ideas and perspectives about what customers desire. We love the connections we’ve made and the conversations that have grown from a new idea, to designing and refining product samples, to testing them, and eventually launching them in our next pre-order. In fact, our entire product collection has been built through collaboration between our retail partners. We value your voice and we truly would not be here without you.
When ideas are communicated with our sales team, it then goes through our vetting process by our product team. When trends begin to arise, our product team launches into the initial step of our development process: building 3D imagery of the product to eventually bring it to life.
2. COMMUNICATION
All of our product development and feedback is communicated with our fabric specialists in China who create initial samples through our factory partners and then ship the samples to our product team for feedback.
Each factory we work with is vetted by third-party inspectors and we are proud to boast an “A” grade for the following categories: no child labor, special protection for young workers, no discrimination, and ethical business behavior.

3. FABRICATION
Each product goes through a fabrication sample process where we get to see and test the product. Sometimes, several sample rounds are necessary in order to perfect the product’s fit and feel.
We have these samples tested by a handful of trusted wear testers (some of whom are retail partners) to collect feedback. We then make revisions as needed until the products are approved for mass production.
Once the product has been approved by wear testers, we launch the product into our Spring / Summer pre-order or Fall / Winter pre-order line. By placing a pre-order, you join a community of retailers who support us by buying materials in bulk and help us build inventory of your future at-once orders of branded products.
