
Our screen printing process is simple and efficient
1.) Complete the Screen Print Order Form
After placing your order, you will receive an automated form from Sky Manufacturing to fill out with your screen printing details.
Completing this step is key to starting your screen print order.
2.) Review & Approve the Digital Booklet
Once the form is completed, our design team will create a digital screen print booklet and send you a Ziflow link for review. This is your chance to provide feedback, request changes, and most importantly, approve the design.
Your final approval is necessary to proceed with production.

Transparent Screen Printing Pricing
Color Max: Recommended five colors
Screening Minimum: 48 units per design
Turnaround Time: 5–8 weeks
Template Charges:
- $30.00 setup fee per screen template
- $15.00 fee for artwork color change
- $15.00 fee for artwork resize

Screen printing faqs
Do You Create Designs?
No, we don’t create designs. We only screen print vector artwork provided by you.
What If I Don’t Have a Vector File?
No problem! We offer direct access to our designers who can convert your logo to a vector file for just $50.
How Do I Decide Between One-Layer and Two-Layer Print?
For a brighter print, we recommend the 2-layer option. The 1-layer may appear more faded when printing lighter colors on medium-dark fabrics. If you want your design to pop, 2-layers is the way to go.
What's the Turnaround Time?
Our standard turnaround time is 5-8 weeks, though it can vary depending on the complexity of your order and the quantity of products.
